How it all started...
Freedom Church was born out of the conviction that the only road to true freedom runs through Jesus Christ.
There are over 450,000 souls in Colorado Springs that are far from God. This means they are either not attending church or have no idea who Jesus is. We find this unacceptable. We also see this as our mission field.
Imagine a church in Colorado Springs where you can come as you are to the weekend Worship Services and experience God’s love and grace through the community of Biblical family. A church made up of real people discovering God’s truth together and applying it to everyday life. A church where Christians are encouraged to meet corporately for worship and in small groups (Freedom Groups) so that relationships can be built and strengthened through the application of God’s Word.

Expanding the vision...
In July, 2019, we were blessed with a facility. We have mostly finished renovating the upstairs and started meeting there on December 1, 2019.
In December 2020, we sent out our associate pastor, Trent, and his family, to be LEAD pastor at another Berean Church in Nebraska.

Where we are headed...
We believe the address of our church is no accident. We are strategically located in Cimarron Hills to make an impact in this community.
We partner with Compassion Food Distribution of Colorado to provide a low-cost alternative to the grocery store. We distribute food once a month.
We have a prayer initiative (#PrayCH) where we are praying over every single home, family, school, and business in Cimarron Hills every three years.
We believe that only freedom can be found in Christ. We want to spread the freedom message by offering freedom-focused classes for finances and addiction. Stay tuned for Financial Peace University and Celebrate Recovery.
