2: Jews and Law

We are taking a quick sprint through the grand story of the Bible. Last week, we looked at the foundational chapters of Genesis 1-11. Understanding these chapters are key to understanding all of Scripture. So much error that we see in the world and in the church stem from an improper understanding and application of those chapters.

All of history is moving to the point where God’s plan of salvation and redemption for the universe will be complete, when, as the last book in the Bible says, “‘Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them. He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.” (Revelation 21:3-4)

Today, we turn our attention to the rest of the OT. Remember the promise from Genesis 3:15.
