Scott Maxon

Lead Pastor

Scott and Lyndsey moved to Colorado Springs in July, 2015. Both Scott and Lyndsey were born and raised in Kearney, Nebraska. They have two daughters: Cora and Eisley. Scott has served as an elder, small group pastor, interim college pastor, administrative pastor, discipleship pastor, and lead pastor in Nebraska, Colorado, and California. Scott has a degree in History from the University of Nebraska, and Lyndsey has a Social Work degree from California State University-Sacramento. Scott also has a Master’s degree in Humanities from American Military University and a Masters of Divinity from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. Scott spent over six years in the Air Force before answering God’s call to full-time ministry. His passions are prayer, discipleship, and teaching God’s Word. Lyndsey is passionate about Children's ministry and teaching kids the simple truths of Scripture. Scott and Lyndsey pray they can be faithful witnesses for Jesus as they seek to fulfill the Great Commandment and Great Commission.
